2) Feeling Restricted to Certain Details
There’s nothing wrong with buying new construction as-is, typically modeled, yet you’re welcome to incorporate custom details. Speak up about what you do and don’t like. If certain features cannot be modified entirely, discuss possibilities for how to incorporate the components.
