One Stop Shopping
We will help you find the perfect lot either inside a community or off-site.
Our on-site design staff are here to help create a floor plan of your new custom home. We do not sell prefabricated floor plans, our homes are a collaboration between YOU and Pendragon Homes Professionals. Once plans are designed we will send your home out to bid to get an exact cost of your home so you know everything that is included before you sign a contract.
We also have an on-site designer that helps you choose all of the colors and finishes for your beautiful home.
Due to our strong financial backing, we carry the construction loan on behalf of our customers.

Construction Begins
The third step is the groundbreaking and building process for your home:
Once plans are signed off on and all finishes are selected, we can break ground on your home. At this time you get to sit back and literally witness the construction of your dream house.
